Pond View Cottage
Pond View Cottage is situated next to a working Trout Farm. It is a detached cottage and is located adjacent to the Owners home and has its own unique pond side location. Access into the property is via an external stone staircase. There is an additional wooden staircase within the Barn.
Ground floor double bedroom
Light and airy bedroom. Super King Size Bed (which can be separated into 2 twin beds upon prior arrangement) with a great mattress for a very comfortable nights sleep. Contemporary and rustic furniture with ample storage space.

A door from the bedroom leads in to a contemporary tiled shower room with a walk-in powerful shower, basin and w.c. There are two radiators to ensure a nice cosy warm space. Exposed oak lintels and exposed stonework are a lovely feature of the room.
